1. Appointment Cancellation

Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting our hospital in advance. We encourage informing us as early as possible to help us manage schedules efficiently.

2. Consultation & Treatment Fees

  • Consultation fees once paid are non-refundable if the service has already been provided.

  • If an appointment is cancelled before the consultation, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Diagnostic Tests & Procedures

Fees paid for diagnostic tests or medical procedures are generally non-refundable once the test or procedure has been initiated or completed.

4. Advance Payments

Any advance payment made for treatments, surgeries, or procedures may be refunded partially or fully if the service is cancelled, subject to:

  • Administrative charges

  • Expenses already incurred

  • Hospital policy and approval

5. Delays or Cancellations by Hospital

If a service is cancelled or postponed by ECRC Hospital due to unavoidable circumstances, patients will be offered:

  • Rescheduling of the service, or

  • An appropriate refund, as applicable

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 7–14 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.
