Scope of Services

ECRC
  1. Periodic checks (once in three months) of all display boards in all hospital areas and their upkeep. The responsibility for such activities is with the AAC Committee under its chairperson.
  2. Review of scope of services at ECRC once a year and to make necessary amendments in this document as well as its application, the responsibility for such activities is with the AAC Committee under its chairperson.
  3. Periodic orientation and sensitization of all ECRC staff to the scope of services by group discussions, lectures and practical demonstrations, the frequency of such activities to be decided by the chairperson of AAC Committee, who is also responsible for conducting such activities, with the help of managers and supervisors from all functional areas of the hospital.
  4. Patient satisfaction surveys output. This is conducted as ongoing activity and reported on monthly basis. The patient satisfaction survey is carried out by the IMS Committee under its chairperson.
